very dirty. full of dust. dirty pillows. no water bottle. no internet. the floors are untidy. curtains are full of dust and we suffered heavy sneezing due to heavy dust. the room phones are not working. service helpdesk were not available any of the time

very bad condition of roomss. not proper clean as well as some empty liqour bottle found in wardrob , no intercom sanatary ceanining is very bad not any soap found there. oberall very bad experince west of mony dont book anyone.

Service is very poor, the reception guy didn't is just a dummy he didn't care about anything. And the room was very dirty, even the floor is wet in phynol

Excellent service. Great location. Nice and spacious room. I was initially upset because nobody responded to my calls to confirm booking. However once I landed there, I was pleased with the great service by the team.

Without looking for any amenities just want to stay one night means it looks ok, but not up-to the mark. Ambience and interior was awesome but required more maintenance like housekeeping, phone, attenders, etc., Canteen was not located in same hotel, it's away from hotel around 500 meters. But the food was nice.
