sun world hotel in kanyakumari is not good at all. staffs are not available for attending any queries. won't comeback to this hotel next time

There was nothing good about the hotel except location. Rooms were not clean, there were spots in the bathroom, towels were dirty, spider webs were there on walls and sofa chair. Sofa chair had big layer of dust. Food quality and service was really bad. The charges were high comparing the room and cleanliness. It was not worth at all.

I had the worst experience staying in this Sun World hotel....worst hotel I've ever had been. The food manager and reception manager were particularly unprofessional and lacked basic manners. I would strongly advise against staying here, as the service is subpar. Even basic amenities like complimentary water bottles were not provided. Overall, my stay was extremely disappointing

The view of sunrise & valvular statue from sea view room is very good. But cleanliness & service is bad.

room was ok but there was no kettle or anything.only 2 bathsoap and 2 sachet shampoo was there.restaurant service was too poor.too bad response from the restaurant manager.we had to go outside eachtime for our food.they didn't serve even breakfast in our room and when asked they said that it will not be served during rush time.we stayed there for 2 days.cleaning was not done as they were waiting us to vacate the room.service was not upto to the price we payed.

Location is perfect, easily accessible, Amenities wise ok, availability of Hot water should be mandatory being three stars. Service can improvised. Doesn't have any bad experiences, but they need to improvise in handling customers.
