overall the hotel stay experience was poor. there were some positives and many negatives throughout the 3 day of the stay. positive: the biggest positive was the food quality and restaurant, all the food items that we ordered for room dining or at the restaurant were great.negatives:the staff needs to learn some room etiquettes,such as not enter the room without knocking the door or to serve food and drinks in proper cutlery. one of the receiptionist was very casual in his approach. our room's ...more

the hotel is not worth the amount paid
the walls were very dirty and uncleaned.
there was no even welcome water bottle.
chair placed in the room was very dirty
room was not painted since years and not maintained properly.
very disappointed to stay there.
do not recommend this hotel .

room is too small and full damp room , room rate is too too much high as per room physicalyi never recommend to any one as per rate taken from mei book room 2nd october 2024pillow and bed sheets every thing is dirtybathroom wash basin is broken
