room was not spacious same with toilet. location is good near to park street and metro. no reception area. at terrace they have room where you need to do checkin formality. in pic shown terrace garden it is there but there you cannot sit and eat. also view is limited to nearby place. good for solo traveller with less baggage.

I would 3.5 for this place. It is near to Kolkata USA VAC office, just 2 blocks away. You will get a clean bathroom, hot water, king size bed with AC and wifi

worst staff behaviour....worst worst. Please avoid if possible. There are much better hotel in that area.
