nice property, location is on the main road, clean and big rooms
The food is excessively priced, The portion size is very small but the food quantity is good

property is good but restaurant service is very poor....nothing we demanded was available....they denied to make anything for my baby...they are running their own restaurant instead of providing food and services to guests who are staying at their hotel .. I would specially mention that they charged 142 Rupees for a glass of 200 ml milk for my baby in the name of "Hot chocolate ". property is nice but I didn't find it value for money...

It's a nice Hotel located in Central place with car parking facility. Since it is located in Mall road, it is One Way traffic in this road and hence you may feel some problem while taking your car in and out from Hotel. Rooms are good with sufficient space and are clean.
While searching for the hotel location, I observed that "Sunita Elite" was lesser known than "Sunita Suncity Centre". Sunita Elite is part of Sunita Suncity Centre and is in the same complex.
Lift was not working in the Hotel and also Wi fi was not operational.
However on an overall basis, I can recommend this Hotel

Had an amazing stay at Sunita Elite. I booked two rooms for two days. I travelled with my family and kids. We generally prefer 5 star properties but due to non availability in Almora, because of good review we booked Sunita Elite. But it’s just Amazing. There is basement parking. Room is nice and spacious. Staff is extremely good. There is humility and positivity Among attitude of each and every staff member.

Decent hotel but even by booking the executive class, you would get a view of the opposite building and not the hill view for which you paid premium rates vs. other hotels in the same vicinity. one of the staff members at the reception was too rude and arrogant, which spoiled our experience here, but apart from that the other staff was quite friendly and catered to our requests/queries.
