restaurant is too far from the jasper rooms. rate is high as compared to services and quality.
they should include activities in the room rate.
resort is located in the area of 100 acre so better to take own car to roam in there. buggy service is available but wait time is too long.

If you payPune you should get one of the best stays and services around but It turned out to be a horrible experience for me. There are so many things wrong with the stay, here are some of them -1. It started with a date change for me, I accidentally booked the wrong date and these guys refused to change it then after speaking on call shree from the hotel for about 1.5 hours these guys managed to give us a stay. 2. then we entered the hotel late at 4 and they still made us wait for 30-40 minut ...more

Not a good experience staying here, too much expensive. The room airconditioner was not working. Service boys were ok. The reception was not experienced by people.
