Beware folks, Sunray Homes| Sea view rooms does not guarantee sea view rooms first of all, the name is a misnomer. secondly the room is in 4th floor and you need to climb up through all the stairs, best of luck to your knees. thirdly they are not providing food and have no arrangement for plate etc if you ordered zomato in your rooms. fourthly it is very difficult to find the caretaker during the night time. overall not satisfied with the service and charges for thaose.

view from terrace. not all rooms are sea view. terrace had excellent view of sun rise and sea.there is no lift so if you have elderly person with you it is not suitable. carrying luggage is cumbersome. has only one helper who only carries luggage, provides water etc. no provision of breakfast. could have got better place for the price i paid.

good home stay. caretaker guy was very good & helpful. location is at city center. would need to walk out 100m for main roaad to catch auto/ taxi . everything else was fine

Stay was ok. What I didn’t like is there was no lift and my room was at third floor, which was not informed to me along with that the room shown in the pictures was sea facing and I booked that but when reached the spot I was asked for extra charges for a sea facing room. I booked two rooms sea facing and in the end I was given one sea facing without any additional cost. Rest was good. The spot to stat is good

room service is okay,staff very copartive but ac is not working properly Puri rat ac mai awaj aaty rah gy aur room 3rd floor par humlog ka diya tha jiske liy koi lift bhi nahi tha ,but room is very specias

I stayed with my family for 2 days. We booked deluxe room with sea view. The overall experience was amazing, excellent hospitality, clean rooms with a breathtaking view!!! Definitely worth staying here.
