This hotel is value for money. We stayed in suite which is spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel has to improve room service which is not upto excepted level

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and used the Family Suite room category. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The fans weren't right regulated and there was an issue with the speed control. The room is huge and has a huge window / sliding doors that open to the indoor play area, but what was concerning is that the access into the room from the indoor play area was kit locked even after requesting the hotel staff. This was a major security concern for me and my family.
