pathetic services started from reception till check out. dirty bed sheet, ac switch off from reception at any time. room service behaviour is bad

It was very horrible experience at Hotel Sunrise, rooms were unhygienic and dirty.Staff was very adamant. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

It was very horrible experience at Hotel Sunrise, rooms were unhygienic and dirty. Images uploaded on portal are different than actual. Staff was very adamant. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

staff was not cooperating. there was no cleaning in the room. Bedsheet and blanket was not clean. geyser was not working. staff with having beard does not have common sense to speak with customer.

horrible staff and they dint have any manners like how to behave with their guest and dirty rooms, even paid extra money for good rooms but they didnt provided anything, quilt was also single bed nand without cover and pillows were very dirty. dirty rooms, paid extra for upgrade but did not got any good rooms. staff was also not good. Owner hired unexperienced people who don't know how to behave with their guest. rude staff and not suitable for family or married couple who want room near to bus stop or station

There is worst experience in this hotel room is not maintained and also there is given a normal water with seal break
