this hotel is not up to mark, We have seen a review and booked it but service is very late, there is no restaurant in this hotel There is no seafood available, not well educated staff, staff doesn't know how ordar should be taken from customer and what type of food can be served, dependency on outside restaurant for food. overall experience is very bad. will not even give 1 ⭐

Hotel located in good area. Service of this hotel is worst. They people don't know how to talk with the customer. They are denying for dinner after 10PM.. denying for additional services like no glass no water no food. AC not working properly. Mosquitoes Cockroach in washroom.
Overall very bad service..
Hotel needs to coach the staff how to work and how to serve
