excellent hotel .. good friendly staff and helpful... its nearby rambag railway station... walkable for 6 minutes only...

decorum is awesome ...
rooms are neat and clean.
all types of facilities available.
moon rose restaurant also has good food with quality and hygiene. overall i give 10/9 for all services and facilities and for staff and special thanks to receptionist... very friendly and helpful ... thank you

The Hotel may not be a 7star or 5star, but definitely should be ranked best 10/10 in Prayagraj for their services. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The Food is super delicious (even the Khichdi that we ordered was yumm!) and the promptness in service is truly appreciable. Me and my wife were surprised that the Hotel is being managed by entirely female staff and that's really incredible. Hats off and Kudos to the staff! Thank you for the services!

Loved the Dormitory Bedding arrangements done by the Hotel which was a banquet hall converted to make way for a makeshift Dormitory to accommodate travelers during Mahakumbh and make some decent money too. Though the location is far ( approx 3 kilometres from Prayagraj Railway Station ), it's located strategically enroute to Sangam Ghat for Mahakumbh travelers. Charging systems for Mobile phone next to each bed was done. They should have also made arrangements for a Mosquito repellant as the pla ...more
