disappointing stay with dirty bed sheets, a messy floor , and a breakfast mix-up where tea was served with coffee. despite its old charm, the property's poor maintenance and cleanliness fell short of expectations.

I wanted to score in minus but the option was not available. pathetic place to stay. rooms were large but not maintained. linen were dirty. staff at reception was rude. food in restaurant was stale. didn't provide with toiletries until ask for several times. no hot water in the showers. slangs being used by staff in the corridor. I am very disappointed for keeping this option after paying quite an amount.

Staff in the reception was very bad, he didn't give the room which we booked. We booked standard gold room but he gave us only gold room. When we told this that "this is not the room which we booked" he is telling pay some extra money for standard gold room. The foods price were high . Room service was good. The walls of the room was very dirty. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

booking kiye the isliye kharab room provide kiya. phir dusra room diya to bo bhi same to same hi tha lekin uska extra charge manga gaya. behavior kharab hai. room
