the place was horrible. they tried to move us to a room in a house, away from the hotel with no ac or attached bathroom. staff was unprofessional. bathroom had a 2 litre capacity geyser. no phone in the room. had to use cell phone and they did not answer it. had to ask for towel and toiletries. no arrangements for coffee or tea. overall bad experience. will not recommend at all.

i booked a room on the 18th at hotel sunshine in prayagraj, however, upon arrival, i was provided with a room that was completely different and the condition of the room was very poor.The room was in unacceptable condition, and i chose not to stay there, leaving immediately.
