my experience was beyond horrible, not because of the staff, but due to the condition of the room. when i checked in, it was as if the room hadn't been cleaned since the last guest left. their used water bottle and glass were still there. despite asking multiple times, i was never provided with drinking water or a towel. the smell in the bathroom was unbearable, like that of a filthy public toilet. the pillow was so disgusting that i had to sleep without one, and the level of dirt in the entire ...more
