The room was very very small and there were bed bugs so we couldnt sleep properly because of itching. Some function was going on in their hall and people were continuously knocking on our room thinking it was the washroom...the restaurant was nice, but wouldnt recommend the hotel for staying

Hotel location is very nice, rooms are neat and clean, front office needs to be do quick response, they are little slow. room and bed are two small for two people. Good parking space is there.

the hotel is really on comfortable side and especially the staffs are very helpful..I remember the receptionist carrying my printout and delivering to my room without any hesitation...really my sincere applause to you sir.thx

Best place to stay at Pala. They serve very delicious food. Rooms are clean, staff well behaved. They have ample parking space.

Sunstar hotel is near to the main room and easily accessible. Ample parking space and Excellent service and good rooms.

it was an outstanding stay..food was good or above the average. it is an excellent place to stay. convenient place, near to ksrtc bus stand.
