location: good, everything is accecable nearby, metro station, secreteriat, lumbini park etc.apart from location rest all horrible experience for me.when i went to hotel to get room, he straightway said no ac rooms, i told him that i have booked ac roomas i had no time , i have agreed to take non ac room.room lock not working, tv not working, smells odd, no towels, no soaps etc. i had to rush to temple, i took the key and left, at night i again asked for yowel and soaps, towel was given wet. ask ...more
