too much rude behaviour of the manager, they will not give you any service, even if you want a water bottle then you have to go in market. they have not anything. in the morning we asked the manager for a cup of tea then he answered me I have not any service boy go yourself if you want to do complaint against us then you can do

totaly worst experience no electricity and no water supply facility properly generator also not available please refund my money this is a totaly worst it's better am stay at railway station instead of this hotel

Worst hotel experience in Bareilly. The room was not clean, no geyser, tap water was dirty. No wifi, aggressive behaviour of the staffs. There is always noise coming from the corridor outside of the room. No water jug or kettle in the room. Bedsheets were dirty. I wasted 1.5k INR for these worst services, these rooms don't deserve more than 700 INR. I asked for water, but no one responded, then I had to ask around like 3-4 times and then the staff came, but it was the tap water and not any RO or filtered. The telephone was also not working.
