Not clean as in photos, no kettle, every time you need to ask for room service, locker was not working, wifi worked first day then stopped working. Lot of dampness on wall and ceiling. Overall there is lot of scope for improvement including proper maintenance of the property.

Fake rating in the app. Room is very dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Also bathroom taps are broken. They gave a used bedsheet not a new or washed one.
