Room was comparely good and clean toilet. But they didn't provide water bottle inside the room. Towels was a faded one, used several times, they didn't kept soap inside, given one piece only when I went down 3 stairs and asked in reception

There is no actual space for the cupboard in the bedroom to put in the actual cupboards
Rooms are not clean
The bathroom is not good at all, the smell is tooo bad

It's a 2 star hotel. This has to mentioned straight away. spending one night in this kind of hotel room can give you horror experience. The rooms were pretty old. Only fans and light worked. AC didn't work at all. There was no regulator to control the speed of the fan. The house pipe in the toilet was not in working condition. There were cockroaches in the room. Cons:
1. Hotel's receptionist wasn't welcoming.
2. Room & toilet weren't cleaned. There were bed bugs in the bed. And washrooms had stains all over the tiles, and water was leaking.
3. There were cockroaches all over room, including underneath the bed and cupboard.
4. Common area outside the room was dirty.
5. Drinking water was not provided.
6. Breakfast was not provided even after making prior booking.
Pro:
The hotel is located at good located.
