i had a very disappointing stay at this hotel a few days ago. my booking clearly mentioned that food was included, but upon arrival, the hotel staff flatly refused to provide any food, stating that they do not serve meals. this was misleading and unacceptable.additionally, the washroom in the room was very dirty and unhygienic. despite multiple requests, the staff refused to change our room. the overall service and hospitality were poor and unprofessional.i do not recommend this hotel and urge others to be cautious before booking.
