worst hotel ever i stayed in. staff are very rude and they are always smoking inside their room. i asked for water and they said get yourself, asked for a towel and they said they don't have. no room service. dirty bathroom. also you won't be able to find the entrance easily. on top of that the lift doesn't go to the 4th floor so you will have to carry your luggage on your own. if possible i would have rated in negative

The pool area was enjoyable, and the kids loved the interactive play zones. Breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. The location was also great, with parks and family attractions nearby.
