it's really neat and clean hotel to stay with family. I never expected this kind of hospitality from the hotel staff. I'm very happy to stay in this hotel with my parents.

I didn't stay at the room yesterday ruthless behaviour manager they can provide another hotel how can we trust the people so I didn't stay at the room so I cancel the room booking yesterday I want refund my amount I am take a call to the customer service and they provide information but we didn't get any cancellation process
