They charged me extra Rs 400 at the time of checkin. It was night time, i couldnt do anything. Had to give, got cheated

The rooms are very small. There is no space to walk inside the room. The towels are dirty and we need to collect from the reception if we want it. The taps doesnt have handle and they dont even provide hot water for drinking in the room. We need to get it from the ground floor. Pathetic stay.
