Experience was horrible.Very very very very bad condition of the room full of dust.1. No towel in is room. After 3 hours I got towel after complain from Goibibo.2. No soap give.they denied to give.3. No mineral water in this hotel. If you want go for out side.4. No bucket,no mug in the bathroom.5. Shower not working.6. Potty swimming on WC.7. Basin tab not working.8. The room was good, near the station, main market area but the hotel staff service was very poor, toiletries were not available, after several reminders they provided towels and soap, complimentary breakfast was there in booking but no hotel staff took care of it. almost have to beg for the services. lights were not working properly, no proper water supply. they seriously need to upgrade on service for customer satisfaction.
