very worst experience i've ever faced.
i've booked the hotel through your app and made the payment in the app itself. but at the time of check-in they've demanded an extra amount of rs.200/- over and above the amount paid in the app. i thought to cancel it but it's non-refundable as mentioned in app which forced me to pay the extra rs.200/-. they have hadn't allowed to me checkin unless and until i've paid the extra rs.200/-.this was the first worst thing happened while check-in.

On arrival they informed that our pre booked and already paid rooms were unavailable. They offered a different high priced room for 2.5K which was not even worth 1.2K very average type room. The wifi was also unserviceable.

at the time of check-in, they use to ask for extra money which is 3 times the booking amount. The manager and receptionist are so rude. I talked to so of the people who were facing the same problem and leaving the hotel, they told me the hotel has some security issues also. I recommend please don't stay here, you will definitely find a better option. Stay away from this kind of suspicious people.

sbse ghatiya hotel h koi glti se v book mt krna money ke sath time v waste ek to booking confirm ho e ke bd v room me check in nhi diya jbki manager se baat kiya hua tha but jb pohache to check in krne nhi diya gya aur ulta 2000 per night ka paisa lgega bol rha tha jbki payment already kr diya tha mai booking ke time hi i request you all kabhi mt jana sbse khrb experience dega bki apki mrzi🙏🙏🙏
