1. i was denied complimentary breakfast even when my stay was inclusive of complimentary breakfast.
2. no chauffeur to help with luggage, i was handed over the key and took myself to theroom
3. i has booked a doublebed but they gave me a single bed bedroom
4. no towel, no shower gel, never got a shower gel even when i reminded them for like 5 times
5. the room was not clean, there were mosquitoes too

I had a very bad experience at the hotel. As soon as I arrived, they made me wait for a long time because I had booked the room at a very discounted rate. They refused to give me the room, saying that they wouldn't provide a room at such a low price. After that, they gave me a room, but it was very small, and there was nothing in the name of service. This was the worst experience I've ever had.
