the staff were nice but there were no facilities even though it's clearly mentioned that toiletries are included they are not providing it. bedsheet pillow,towel,everything was dirty.

The room was clean and spacious, with no signs of previous pets. We were also pleased with the breakfast options, which catered to both us and our dog. Highly recommend this hotel for pet owners.
