the room was not clean. tap and flush was not working. towel kept was ready dirty. the blanket and blanket was extremely dirty. had moss marks very unhygienic.

Location- 5/5 as the hotel is located on the MG road where you can easily have access to cab or auto. However, do not go by the Google maps Location as it will land you somewhere else which was the case with me. The hotel is located in between Khosla electronics and Anjuman Plaza, right in front of wool house.
Facilities- 2/5 TV was not working. AC was available however cooling was not up to the mark. So had to change to another room. Toiletries were available after asking for couple of times. Water was continuously leaking from one of the taps in the bathroom.

1.very slow service of hotel 2.some staff have no talking behaviour3.very high issue of water 4.they will not solve your issue before 2 hours 5. u will get water after 8 am and before 10pm if u need water after these time. no water for bathroom also..6.tv had no recharge7.low cleanliness8.sometime lift was not working

Cleanliness was not proper and there was no mirror in the bathroom. Location was good. Overall average stay.
