The linens were not clean and probably hadn't been changed since the last stay. The internet doesn't work. And the room is significantly different from the pictures.

Location is close to bus stand, but property was not well managed in terms of cleanliness of rooms and pillow covers were old stained, when asked for new they didn't had any new ones.

dirty and uncleaned rooms
can't explain how bad it was
careless staff and not even they care about your schedules for a cup of tea and water they took 3 hours and 3 time reminder

Average, because We asked them to give room with Double bed but all they have was single single beds and were joined. Washroom does not have hand spray. We had to use mugs and bucket. All the rooms has some bad smell always. they should use room freshner.
