hotel needs to rennovate the washroom. it is not unhygenic but too old and looks unclean. room needs repainting. the window curtain is short in length. hotel is however value for money due to the discount they provided. linen was clean.

The staff was not supportive. The TV remote was not available in the room when I asked for it They provided me after 3 hours. The room was not hygienic cockroaches were everywhere. Not recommended to anyone.

firsty we were given a room that had an opening on the door . the room was filled with mosquitoes. the sheets were dirty. the staff was rude at first to our demand for changing the room but after a while they gave us a new room . the water knob in the bathroom was broken .

I booked a room with a great view and was able to see the mountains. The morning view was lovely.
