The Hotel is surrounded by unpleasant conditions. The Hotel Staff is Disrespectful towards senior old aged guests. I booked a room here for my parents aged 70 and 60 years. The Hotel staff behaved in a hostile manner with them and asked my parents to park their outside on the streets instead of inside the hotel premises. My parents with their ailments and travel weariness had to wander around for 2 hours but couldn't find a parking because of the busy city congestion. My father had to be taken t ...more
