a very customer friendly hotel and arguably amongst the better hotels in that range. good and clean rooms, satisfactory staff support and services. a little maintenance of the amenities will put the hotel in the budget premium hotel above others.

TV is not working, AC remote is not available for temprature settings, no intercom facility, Wi-Fi not available, no restaurant facility available, rooms are clean but according to price it is too much costly
all the basic amenities ie. TV, intercom, AC etc. should be in well condition, when a single person staying then there should be these all things in working condition so that he can timepass easily
