I had a terrible experience during my recent stay at this hotel booked via Goibibo. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay an extra ₹200 despite already paying for the booking. The room condition was absolutely unacceptable.Shower, flush, and water heater were not working.When I informed the staff, they simply told me to “adjust” and gave no proper solution.The bed and sheets smelled awful, clearly unwashed.There were used liquor bottles and other trash lying around in the room.The floor was sticky wi ...more

Very poor service, Breakfast was pre-booked and reception confirmed to serve it at 8 am but didn't till 9 am, left with out having it. Bathroom taps were running out of water. Every time we used bathroom reception was called to switch on the water motor.
