They are promoting their hotel by advertising false promise of early checkin allowed. Even though many of the rooms are empty, they have not allowed early checkin and charged me extra. No lift to 5th floor, one has to carry own luggage. Inexperienced or less experience person on the front desk.

Reception Guy was not accepting booking and trying to get me room at a high price. After my questioning and argument on this he gave a room in which toilet seat is broken. Even threatening that he will not accept booking next time. Worst experience.
