disgusting. if they give the room in the basement just run guys! if they give the rooms on discount they usually give the room in the basement which has broken bathroom and smells like public toilet! the rooms on the higher floor or slightly better but nothing like what they have shown in the images. they didn't refund even though the toilet was unable. waste there are definitely much better options in the price range. please keep this as your last resort.

Bed bugs, rude staff and horrible service. The receptionist flipped and chose to not provide the GST bill for my extended stay prior to booking online even after paying a much higher rate than what it was sold for. Avoid.

The hotel looks nice only in images, it has no kitchen service, cleaning and room service every alternate day that too just for the sake of it. all the bedsheets are stained and the 1st room I got had hairs all over the pillow. they don't probably wash any of such items properly. they charge so high for such poor services.
For breakfast and dinner I always have to go out and they have zero room service and no proper take care of guests. Although the booking says I had complimentary late check-out but the people at reception weren't ready to apply it.

Not upto mark with respect to business travelers. there is solar geyser and hence need to waste 2 buckets of water and then get warm water and not hot water. Asked for drinking hot water and the flask had white sediments.

Courteous staff. Room was large and clean with good AC. Property was neat and clean. Beautiful interior. Cooperative Staff, Spacious Room. Overall excellent experience.
