The hotel manager didn’t took the booking and asked for extra money to check in.
We paid extra to stay.

the staff are so arrogant and bad. they don't know how to behave with a guest who has booked the hotel....the hotel staff start behaving rudely when they come to know that the guest has booked the hotel online....they use to give mental torture to the guest...I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel in future in indirapuram ghaziabad.
