very poor service,found cockroach and mosquito in room,staff is indisciplined,rude stsff,they don't have manner to talk ,food non hygenic,dirty room,dirty pillow,dirty bedsheet,cut in bedsheet,AC ,geyser,TV all are in not working mode overall experience was very poor,i had never ever recommended any to this property,very bad poor service in all manner,hotelier receptionist very bad ,not have to way of talking..

Worst stay ever
Arrogant behaviour by the staff. Staff don't know how to behave. Rooms are very dirty and pathetic. Never book the hotel.
Check in time staff demanded extra money. Arrogant behaviour of staff.

Room is spacious, tea is great. Parking facility available. I could walk to the BHU Trauma centre as well as the main campus.
