worst hotel they show best rooms but reality is totally diffrent not even close to the picture and if you want there best room you have to pay 2x of your bill

We had booked 5 rooms for 15 people, three people in each room.. but they didn't provide mattresses for each room. The manager said that it was a booking problem ..
Therefore we have to get an extra 2 rooms.. Inside the rooms there are unclean bedsheets and towels etc.
The toilet is also not clean at all. Overall service is poor..
