hotel denied booking and told give me 1200 rs cash we will provide room but i booked at including breakfast but hotel denied to give room

My stay was denied by the hotel staff on the grounds that I didn't have a RTPCR which was not mentioned in the bill. Yet when money was given in cash on the same premises I was given a room I was preety much robbed and scammed. And concerning the service the staff is hasty and unwilling to help unless given some monetary advances.

worst experience ever had in 20 years of my travels. Had waited 1 hour in freezing cold with a 5 year old outside the hotel as the caretaker was sleeping and not attending the call ..buckets where not provided despite repeated asks.. rudest receptionist ever seen... ever ever take this hotel if u want to book... nobody attends to you...

my stay was very horrible the rooms were very bad and it was not at all clean untidy the staffs were horrible I will never visit that hotel ever again we had told them to change the rolm room but they didn't do it
