1. Bedsheet were very dirty
2. AC didn't worked properly. Even at 16 degree it didn't make the room comfortable.
3. Location is just behind Cremation Ground (Shamshan).
4. Landline phone not working.
5. Not so good vibe

room bedsheets and blanket was dirty.very bad experience don’t just go with photos of property .not offered breakfast even i have added in my booking.

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel, and everything was simply magical. The hotel staff had arranged a surprise welcome package with champagne and flowers, and the room was beautifully decorated.
