Hotel is in the nice location and a reasonable level of cleanliness. BUT the hotel staff is extremely rude and impolite towards customer.
1. They also charge 30 rupees for each water bottle.
2. The staff is very careless and unaware of things around them as someone unknown started knocking my door at night 1 am and the reception staff didn't even know someone came to the 3rd floor.
