Hotel is very Dirty,the bathrooms r not well maintained,taps r broken,mattresses r also dirty.
I paid**for two nights for two bedrooms according to**payment I feel they charged too much**

its one of the worst experience in this hotel . i was there in Dalhousie first time and first impression is last impression. bathroom amenities were worst . totally disappointed from this hotel and never suggest to anyone to have such a pathetic experience. total waiste of money .

not value of money ****day bathroom with tub but u can not use it it's totaly horrible to bath sit in tub with use buket too much sound in lobby so I never recommend it

a reputed hotel at varindhawan,food quality is very good...everything thing in hotel is very good..i will advise hotel to only requirement of change blanket quality

Room service was excellent. But room was very small and the only window in the room opens in the gallery and cleanliness was also not up to the mark. Bathroom fittings was also faulty. The biggest negative was parking. Hotel has very small parking area. And it remained full all the time. Since I went in the peak time it was very harassing to park my car. Food taste was just average.

Room is better but bathroom is in very bad condition not clean. Bedsheets and pillow cover are not clean. Staff is good and their behavior is good.
