Was denied stay. given no prior intimation about the denial, and was made to shift first to a hotel in Sector 47, where again I was denied stay and then to sector 51, where I was permitted entry after several queries about payment.

room is good, food is good, but service is a mixed experience, some days it's good but some days it's leggy. and their is no mini fridge in room as shown in amenities and reception has a very small fridge that can't accommodate things of all the guest so most of the time they deny having any fridge in hotel but booking shows that you ll get mini fridge in room, overall a mixed experience no mini fridge in room despite its mentioned to have one in its amenities section, need to call reception to keep things in fridge and most of the time they deny .

Rooms are ok No Breakfast provided by hotel infact they dont have the kitchen also water bottle is on chargeable basis. Worst experience i ever had

Honestly saying Room was not bad, house keeping personal are also helpful on request but Receptionist are useless people & non cooperative, they treat you like they don't care about customer feedback also free breakfast has aaloo paratha option only which taste uneatable & very badly cooked

I tried to connect with the Hotel but Manager didn't pick-up my call and when I reached the Hotel, Manager charged me Extra ₹300/- (as early check-in) just for 1 hour before the check-in time, while room was already empty/vacant and I have not received any bill or invoice for that ₹300. There were no complementary water bottles in my room.So, I had to buy bottle from the hotel by paying extra ₹10 on the MRP of ₹20 (₹30). Manager doesn't know the H of hospitality and doesn't know how to talk with the guest. room was clean but service was pathetic and bedsheets were having stain.
