Firstly i requested for an early checkin which they told me is available. But then when i paid and asked for the bill of it. They told me ki sir iska bill hota hi nai. Allowed hi nai hai. He litterally told me that we dont care about customer satisfaction. If you wanna stay you can or else you can leave. We dont care.
The receptionist was very ill mannered and the rooms werent clean at all. The bed sheets were stained. When i told them to change it. They told me it wont happen. You can leave. The worst hotel i could stay in

There were many issues:1. I booked the hotel to accommodate 6 adults and 03 children. However, no extra bed was provided, and two adults and two children were made to sleep on a single double bed for 04 nights.2. Cleanliness was very poor. Cockroaches were roaming freely. Upon complaint also, nothing was done.3. In 04 days of stay, the towel was not replaced.4. The footmat was very dirty and sticky, and there were no bathroom slippers, etc.5. Receptionist was quite argumentative and impolite.In a nutshell, I don't recommend the hotel for a family stay.
