Hotel did not provide me late check out. They said it is not in their policy. However they have mentioned " Complimentary Late check-out is available for up to 2 hours after the standard check-out time 11 am." I asked them for paid late checkout as my ticket was in the evening but they asked to me to pay full day booking amount.

room cleaning is good.... room is good..... but little bit overpriced..... food was expensive.... 4 piece chicken price was rs-260, quality and quantity was not up to the mark....

hotel room was good. but there was leakage on water pipe in bathroom where we have informed but the hotel personnel didn't fix it.
