worst service ever by goibibo.....the hotel management said no rooms available when I reached the premises.........after quarreling for 15 mins....they gave me a room after 2 hrs of waiting.....then the room had a problem with shower....again I had to wait for 30 mins....to get shifted to another room....

I had a fantastic stay at Marvel RCC! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to help with a smile.

Only reception people try to convince you to pay extra for early check-in but they made me wait for 2hrs and there language was so rude.Specifically The lady receptionist try to act too smart . She asked for Otp and logged in my account in her mobile without my permission.
