Torn out bedsheets, burnt and dirty blankets, water droping from AC and many many more... I booked an AC room in this hotel. But after arriving at the hotel i learnt that they dont have any AC rooms available due to AC maintainance issue. they didnt even bother to listen to my complaint. This was my 2nd experience of booking hotel room both the 2 times i was very much disappointed. and this was my LAST time to book

1. Cockroach all round in bathroom, bed and cupboard.
2. No service for coffee and tea.
3. No, glass was provided for drinking water.
4. AC and TV not working.

the rooms are full of bugs and cockroaches.. the room smell bad and all the floors were full of liquor and smoke smell..
especially the bed spread, pillows and blankets were dirty though it would have been washed..washroom is completely dirty. this is not the experience from the room we stayed, we have been asked to check 9 rooms for the neatness and comfortness for our stay but all the room looks the same.
our experience is totally horrible as we travelled with 4month old infant, 2year toddler and one elderly women along with 5 other family members..

the room was good, but the staff are not at all co-operative
they could not even provide us water or the plates
