This is the worst hotel in Haldwani. There is no any supporting staff even no any guard. Strongly recommendation no to stay here because you and your car and your driver are not safe here.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, starting right from check-in. As per the initial booking confirmation, only the primary guest was required to provide ID. However, upon arrival, the staff insisted on identity documents for all four occupants, including my wife and kids. Until I provided all the IDs, we were not allowed to check in, which was both inconvenient and unwelcoming.

the amenities were excellent — comfortable bedding, fast wi-fi, and all the little touches that make a stay feel special. the hotel’s location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

the property was good but service was very poor staff not cooperative we booked one room for 3 person but they not provided extra bed not provided other things on time talking behaviour was very bad of staff not recommended to community

Everyone in my family, who also visited there, thought it was a terrific spot to stay for extended trips. The rooms are spacious and provide enough room.
