there was no facility at all . no bell boy , no water in washroon nor any toileteries no towels worst experience

room is nice but service is not up to the mark spacially the toilet please work on that and reception staff need the basis etiquette how to serve the customer I have to come down twice for a problem no water bottle service only one soap and shampoo very poor service
