the room was smelling very bad and the toilets were not neat, no dental kits, no towels, the floorings were broken and the.curtains over there were too short which is very much disturbed no privacy at all and the staffs behaviours are very bad

I highly personally recommend do not , ever visited this hotel .
Horrible and worst stay, manners less employees completely at this hotel, from reception to manger who so ever, receptionist doesn't know the ethics of treating customers, especially against couples,, you guys should know one thing couples are not staying free of cost even they pay u.
No Tv working , no towel, no AC , no hygiene, totally no response.
Over attitude receptionist and manager, visited as couple, if been alone, being a localities, I would have taught then a life lesson how not to behave with customers.

Worst experience I had no hot water not yet all clean full of cockroaches dust everywhere linens are dirty, rude staff behavior not giving any requests on time, worst hotel I visit don't recommend anyone in this hotel

till now my worst experience in this hotel. when we booked this hotel it was showing complimentary early check in is available but when we reached at 11 they are asking for extra 200, so we had to wait for 1 hr to get room. after that they gave us the wrong room then again we waited for 1/2 hour to get the correct room which we booked, then we asked for towels then they told we don't have towel we can provide only one, that too after 1/2 hour. the rooms are average, floor tiles are broken, chair ...more

The room is not clean. Washroom basin leaks. The room smells of cigarettes. The furniture is in poor condition. No towels either. Constant noice all around making me unable to sleep. The neighborhood is too loud
